Rosendale
• DWI: Denise A. Neglia, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:22 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, and charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Neglia was released with a ticket to appear in Rosendale Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWAI-drug/alcohol: Bernard Murray, 23, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 2:20 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, after allegedly failing to use designated lane on Elm Street in the village and was charged with the misdemeanors of driving while ability impaired by alcohol and driving while ability impaired by drugs, and the violations of failing to use designated lane and possession of marijuana. He was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Village Court.
• DWAI-drugs: Russel A. Hughes, 18, of Robinson Street, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 2:25 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, after a property-damage crash on the Hill Street bridge in the village and was charged with the misdemeanor of driving while ability impaired by drugs and the infraction of failure to use designated lane. Police said Hughes was not injured when his vehicle ran into the bridge's support structure after he bent over to pick up an item, taking his eyes off the road. He was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Village Court.
Coxsackie
• Drugs: Marco Tushaj, 57, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:46 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, and charged with two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance. Tushaj’s status was not immediately available.
