•Criminal impersonation: Heiddy Figueora, 24, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:54 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, in the city of Kingston, and was charged with criminal impersonation and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Catskill
•DWI: Mariah Hope Plant, 27, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:57 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, in the town of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Cottekill
• Drugs: Brent V. Quigley, 21, of High Falls, was arrested by Rosendale Police at 9:10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, on Michael Drive in Cottekill and was charged with criminal possession of marijuana and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Town of Rosendale Court.
Marlborough
•DWI: Sebastian Lozada, 38, of the Bronx, was arrested by the Ulster County sheriff's deputies at 2:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 27, on U.S. Route 9W in the town of Marlborough and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Marlborough Town Court.
Town of Rochester
•DWI: Abraham J. Martinez, 29, of Knoxville, Tennessee, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:20 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, in the town of Rochester, and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Rochester Town Court.
•DWI: Leonard E. Sprague, 23, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:23 a.m. Monday, Nov. 30, in the town of Rochester and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Rochester Town Court.
Town of Ulster
•Bail jumping: Cody J. Valenti, 26, of Tillson, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4 p.m. p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, in the town of Ulster and was charged with bail jumping, a misdemeanor. He was released after promising to appear in Town of Ulster Court at a future date.
Wawarsing
•Criminal mischief: William T. Cathcart, 51, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:40 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. He was released with a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
•Bail jumping: Damien J. Bauer, 25, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:10 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with bail jumping, a felony. After being arraigned at Wawarsing Town Court, he was released on $10,000 cash bail.
