Coxsackie
· Drugs:Manuel A. Cintron, 48, of Canaan, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:43 p.m. Monday, Nov. 15, and charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a felony. Cintron’s status was not immediately available.
Gardiner
· DWAI-drugs and alcohol:Alex B. LeClerc-Locasto, 25, of Glenford, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:40 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, both felonies. LeClerc-Locasto was released with tickets for Gardiner Town Court.
Rhinebeck
· Bail jumping:Natalie L. Alcalde, 37, of Elizaville, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck and charged with bail jumping, a misdemeanor. Alcalde was released with a ticket for Rhinebeck Court.
Town of Ulster
· DWI:Carl I. Hill, 52, of Clinton Corners, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, and charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving and misdemeanor drunken driving. Hill was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
· DWI:Troy E. Kennedy, 25, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:25 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, and charged with driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Kennedy was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
