Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from the weekend Nov 13th- Nov 15th

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from the weekend!

Friday. Nov 13th:

Coxsackie

• DWI/drugs:Stuart A. Klein, 33, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:05 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, in the town of Coxsackie, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both felonies, and with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Klein was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

Red Hook

DWI:William F. Reilly, 60, of Red Hook, was arrested by Red Hook police at 9:35 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, on East Market Street in the village of Red Hook and was charged with two counts of drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Red Hook Village Court.

DWI:Timothy P. Bradley, 35, of Salt Point, was arrested by Red Hook police at 8:20 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, following a traffic stop on North Broadway in the village of Red Hook and was charged with aggravated drunken driving and two counts of drunken driving, all misdemeanors; and with consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, an infraction. Police said Bradley was found to have a blood-alcohol content of 0.26 percent, more than three times the legal limit. He was released with tickets for Red Hook Village Court.

Saturday, Nov 14th:

City of Kingston

• DWI:Jose B. Caceres, 43, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:50 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent,both misdemeanors. Caceres was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Athens

• DWI:Derek C. Apa, 42, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:52 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Apa was released with tickets for Athens Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI:Vanessa L. Sergio, 62, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:33 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, and was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Sergio was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Sunday, Nov 15th:

City of Kingston

DWI: Jersson M. Munoz, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:53 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, in the city of Kingston and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

Catskill

DWI: Kolleen E. Cormie, 30, of Clifton Park, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, in the town of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Lloyd

DWI: Philip G. Canino, 40, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:21 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, in the town of Lloyd and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

Rhinebeck

DWI, Resisting Arrest: Evans W. Ouma, 42, of Port Ewen, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 8:14 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, in the town of Rhinebeck and was charged with drunken driving, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration, all misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court. 

Rosendale

DWI: Francisco J. Equihua, 35, of Mount Pleasant, Texas, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:04 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, in the town of Rosendale and was charged with drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Rosendale Town Court.

Wawarsing

Drugs, unlicensed operation: Daniel J. Rose, 39, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court. 

Woodstock

DWI: Lucas J. Mega, 21, of Greenwich, Connecticut, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, in the town of Woodstock and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Woodstock Town Court.
