Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from the weekend! Nov 6th-Nov 8th

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from this weekend!

Friday, Nov 6th:

Cairo

• Criminal mischief/assault:George W. Thompson, 37, and Rebecca Cody, 41, both of Cairo, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6, after police responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Thompson was charged with criminal mischief to property valued at more than $250, a felony, and misdemeanor assault. Cody was charged with misdemeanor assault. Both were held pending a court appearance. Further information was not immediately available.

Ghent

Drugs,falsifying business records:Keojhi T. Branch, 25, and Khashand L. Branch, 20, both of Catskill, were arrested by state police at Claverack at 9:40 p.m. Oct. 27, and were each charged with criminal possession of marijuana (more than two ounces), a misdemeanor. Additionally, stemming from the same incident, Khashand L. Branch was again arrested at 11:55 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, in the town of Livingston and was charged with falsifying business records, a felony, and with criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor. Both men were released with court appearance tickets.

Livingston

• DWI:Carmen E. Dasilva, 40, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 10:15 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Dasilva was released with an appearance ticket for Livingston Town Court.

Lloyd

• Possession of a forged instrument:Delano L. Pearson, 33, of Mount Vernon, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:25 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, and was charged with two felony counts of possession of a forged instrument. Pearson was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court. Further information was unavailable.

Woodstock

• DWI:Alyn L. Warren, 64, of Glenford, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, and was charged with felony drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years). Warren was released with a ticket for Woodstock Town Court.

Saturday, Nov 7th:

City of Kingston

• DWAI-drugs:Alyssa Berinato, 26, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and was charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child, a felony, and with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Berinato was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• Drugs:An 18-year-old Saugerties male was arrested by state police at Catskill in the village at 4:40 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, and was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was released with a ticket for Catskill Village Court.

Coxsackie

• DWAI-drugs:Jason K. Graham, 44, of Peekskill, was arrested by state police at Albany on the New York State Thruway at 12:12 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated drunken driving with a child, both felonies, and with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Graham was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

New Paltz

• Drugs:James Whitted, 22, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:15 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), both misdemeanors. He was released with an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• DWI:Alfredo Sosa, 52, of Millbrook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Sosa was released with appearance tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.

Town of Rochester

• DWI:David W. Lyons, 33, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:36 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and was charged with felony drunken driving and with driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and reckless endangerment, both misdemeanors. Lyons was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.

• DWI:David G. Stephens, 30, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Stephens was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI/drugs:John C. Melucci, 40, of Bellport, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and was charged with the felonies of aggravated unlicensed driving and drunken driving (two previous convictions within 10 years), and with possession and a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Melucci was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.

Wawarsing

• DWI:Nicholas A. Lesko, 32, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and was charged with driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, a felony. Lesko was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.

Catskill

• Abandonment of animals: Jeffery Grover, 44, of Freehold, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 2:25 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the town of Catskill and was charged with abandonment of animals, a misdemeanor, stemming from a Sept. 3 incident in the village of Philmont. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Ellenville

•Assault: Azelia S. Cromwell, 19, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the village of Ellenville and was charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a felony. She was released with a ticket to appear in Ellenville Village Court.

Greenport

• DWI: Robert F. Jangrow, 66, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 12:50 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, in the town of Greenport and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Greenport Town Court.

Hyde Park

• DWI: Tarell M. Heard, 38, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 1:22 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, in the town of Hyde Park and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.

Livingston

• DWI: Francis W. Morris, 31, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 11:13 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the town of Livingston and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Livingston Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Terrell Morgan, 40, of Milton, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:27 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, in the town of Lloyd and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

Milan

• Contempt: Bethani Hemme, 38, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:50 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the town of Milan and was charged with criminal contempt (disobeying a court order) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor operation (more than three suspensions), both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Milan Town Court. 

Rhinebeck

• DWI: Joao M. Marques, 37, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:27 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the town of Rhinebeck and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI: Coy L. Wright, 42, of the Bronx, was arrested by Thruway state police at 11:27 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court. 

Town of Ulster

• Bail jumping: Joseph M. Coons, 29, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:40 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in the town of Ulster and was charged with bail jumping, a misdemeanor. He was held at the Ulster County Jail in Kingston pending a court appearance.
