According to the Daily Freeman, here are the local arrest from Oct 2nd!

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Oasis McLeod, 19, of Kingston, was arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office at 1:45 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, in the town of Ulster and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors, along with the traffic infractions of moving from a lane unsafely and being an unlicensed operator. She was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.  

Catskill

• False Inpersonation, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation: Koran K. Davis, 31, of Troy, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:19 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, in the town of Catskill and charged with false impersonation and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court. 

Ellenville

• Assault: Stephen Coakley, 27, of Napanoch, was arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, in the village of Ellenville and charged with misdemeanor assault. He was released with a ticket to appear in Ellenville Village Court.

• Possession of a Forged Instrument: Mark King, 30, of West Hempstead, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, in the village of Ellenville and charged with felony possession of a forged instrument. He was released with a ticket to appear in Ellenville Village Court. 

Hyde Park

• Assault with Intent to cause Physical Harm: Chad Triacca, 34, of Hyde Park, and Mariel A. Adami, 33, of Hyde Park, were arrested by state police at Rhinebeck for an incident reported at 9:24 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, in the town of Hyde Park. Triacca was arrested at 3:34 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, in the town of Hyde Park and Adami was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1., in the town of Rhinebeck. Both were charged with felony assault with intent to cause physical harm with a weapon. They were released on their own recognizance to reappear in Hyde Park Town Court. 

Marlborough

• Drugs: Nicholas A. Pagano, 29, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:06 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1. in the town of Marlborough and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Marlborough Town Court. 

Napanoch

• Drugs: Misiah J. Otero, 21, of Ellenville, was arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office at 3:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31 in Napanoch and charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for the town of Wawarsing Court.  

Red Hook

• Criminal Contempt, Unlawful Imprisonment: Joseph R. Daprile, 33, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 12:56 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, in the town of Red Hook and charged with felony criminal contempt and unlawful imprisonment, a misdemeanor. No further information was available. 

Saugerties

• Assault, Criminal Mischief: Jeffery Cafaldo, 37, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 1:01 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, in Saugerties and charged with two counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief, all misdemeanors, stemming from a domestic incident, authorities said. He was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance for a future appearance with a complete stay-away order of protection on behalf of two victims, they added.

Wawarsing

• Drugs: Amanda Lamura, 24, of Ellenville, was arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office at 11:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30 on U.S. Route 209 in the town of Wawarsing and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in town of Wawarsing Court.
