Cairo
• DWI: Amber A. Coumbes, 33, of Saugerties, was charged with driving while intoxicated about 11 a.m. Thursday, according to state police at Catskill. She also was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, police said. Coumbes was released with a court appearance ticket.
Catskill
• Drugs: Jacob D. Doris, 43, of Kingston, and Garrett F. Fauer, 43, of Greenville, were arrested about 8:15 a.m. Thursday and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, state police said. Fauer also was charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, all misdemeanors, police said.
Kingston
· DWI:Victor A. Popchub, 23, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:20 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Popchub was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
· Aggravated unlicensed driving/drunken driving:Terry J. Monroe, 40, of Schenectady, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:21 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, and charged with felony aggravated unlicensed driving and the misdemeanors of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Monroe's status was unavailable.
Coxsackie
· DWI:Joseph R. Bosco, 26, of Wolcott, Penn., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:27 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Bosco was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court. Lloyd
· DWI/endangering:Alfred L. Mandiville, 34, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:53 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, and charged with two felony counts of aggravated drunken driving with a child, two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Mandiville was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
New Paltz
· DWI:Tracy Edwards, 51, of Clifton Park, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Edwards was released with tickets for New Paltz Court.
Woodstock
· DWI/drugs:Nicholas M. Jabbour, 27, of Woodstock, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, and charged with felony possession of cocaine and the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Jabbour's status was unavailable.
Catskill
• DWI: Patricia A. Schnur, 42, of Johnstown, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:47 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, in the town of Catskill and charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.
• DWI: Grace D. Christerson, 30, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:49 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, in the town of Catskill and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Hyde Park
• DWI: Colleen M. Gattuso, 42, of Milton, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 12:40 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, in the town of Hyde Park and charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: Antonio G. Valeriano, 55, of Milton, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:35 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, in the town of Lloyd and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Olive
• DWI: Nathan E. Spates, 38, of Orange, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:05 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, in the town of Olive and charged with drunken driving and aggravated DWI, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Olive Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Emil Jakupovic, 47, of Utica, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:22 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, in the town of Saugerties and charged with drunken driving and aggravated DWI, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court.
Town of Ulster
•DWI: Arthur Boice, 43, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, in the town of Ulster and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors.
