Kingston
• Drugs: Matthew S. Tierney, 35, of Rosendale, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:38 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, and charged with the misdemeanor of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Tierney was released with a ticket to appear Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Helena Tenorio, 53, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:13 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Tenorio was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Rhinebeck
• DWI: Rodney Johnson, 55, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:50 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Johnson was released with tickets to appear in Rhinebeck Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Robert R. Brooks, 35, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 6:05 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, aggravated unlicensed driving and drunken driving, and the violation of speeding. Brooks' blood-alcohol content is alleged to have been 0.11%. He was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• Prohibited sale of alcohol: Michelle Johnson, 43, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, and charged with the misdemeanor of prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage. Johnson was released with a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court.
