· DWI:Michael C. Dupilka, 29, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 2:50 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Dupilka was released with tickets for Hyde Park Town Court.
Lloyd
· DWAI/drugs-alcohol:Kimberly Galvin, 45, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7:48 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, and charged with the misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by drugs and driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs and alcohol. Galvin was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Red Hook
• DWI:Lisa A. Noriega, 23, of Bakersfield, Calif., was arrested by Red Hook police at 7:50 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, and charged with two misdemeanor counts of drunken driving. Noriega was released with tickets for Red Hook Village Court.
