Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from the Weekend Oct 16th-Oct 18th

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from the weekend!

Friday Oct 16th:

Kingston

· Drugs:Tyrell J. Spencer, 32, and Michael Randolph, 61, both of Kingston, were arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:50 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15. Randolph was charged with felonies of possession of a narcotic drug and possesion of a narcotic drug with intent to sell. Spencer was charged with the felonies of possession of cocaine, possession of a narcotic drug and possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, and with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Spencer was released with tickets for Kingston City Court. Randolph was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.

·Marijuana:Claude A. Paschall, 38, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:14 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, and charged with misdemeanor possession of more than two ounces of marijjuana. Paschall was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

· DWI:Kevin L. Drake, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:20 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, and charged with the felonies of aggravated unlicensed driving and drunken driving, and with the misdemeanors of obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest. Drake was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Coxsackie

· DWI:Robert L. Marcelli, 66, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:23 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Marcelli was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

· Introduction of contraband in prison:Angela A. Ellis, 31, of Troy, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, and charged with misdemeanor introduction of contraband in prison. Ellis was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Red Hook

• Burglary/Assault:Joshua L. Alers, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by Red Hook police at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, and charged with felony burglary, misdemeanor assault and the violation of harassment. Alers allegedly forcefully entered a residence in the town and assaulted a person before fleeing the scene, authorities said. He was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court.

• DWI:Matthew A. Levy, 47. of Tivoli, was arrested by Red Hook police at 9:50 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, on North Broadway in the village and was charged with two counts of drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Red Hook Village Court.

Woodstock

· DWI:James H. Daniels, 49, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:58 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, and charged with felony aggravated drunken driving with a child and with misdemeanor drunken driving. Daniels was released with tickets for Woodstock Town Court.

Catskill

· DWI:Shannon L. O’Brien, 30, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:06 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, in the village and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. O’Brien was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.

· Weapon:Isiah J. Carr-Hinds, 24, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:34 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, in the village and charged with the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a firearm, menacing with a weapon and aggravated harassment (threat). Carr-Hinds’ status was unavailable.

Saturday, Oct 17th:

Kingston

· Drugs:Steven Hammerl, 29, of Woodstock, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 6:50 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, after an alleged road rage incident in the town of Ulster, authorities said. Hammerl was located in the parking lot of a Kingston store and charged with the misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance. Hammerl was later released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

· DWI:Samona L. Davis, 43, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:03 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, and charged with felony aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol), and the misdemeanors of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Davis was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Town of Ulster

· Assault:Jeneah N. Golding, 21, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, after a traffic stop and was subsequently charged with felony assault, the misdemeanors of resisting arrest and reckless endangerment of property, and the traffic infraction of speeding. Golding was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court..

· DWAI-drugs:Glenn A. McGinnis, 52, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:18 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, and charged with misdemeanor driving while ability impaired by drugs. McGinnis was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.

Olive

· Drugs:Joseph S. Mensche, 49, of Ridge, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Mensche was released with a ticket for Olive Town Court.

Saugerties

· DWI:Miklos Mortiz, 37, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:23 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, in the village, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Mortiz was released with tickets for Saugerties Village Court.

Plattekill

· Endangering:Gilbert G. Ortiz, 38, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:15 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, and charged with the misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child (two counts) and criminal mischief (damaging property). Ortiz was released with tickets for Plattekill Town Court.

Marlborough

• DWI, Resisting Arrest: Jonathan K. Higgs, 26, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:25 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, in the town of Marlborough and charged with drunken driving, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration, all misdemeanors. He was released with appearance tickets for Marlborough Town Court.

Milan

• Drugs: Secka Muhammed, 23, of New Rochelle, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 3:54 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, in the town of Milan and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Milan Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• DWI, Reckless Driving: Caroline L. Clark, 24, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 11:16 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, in the town of Rhinebeck and charged with drunken driving, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08% and reckless driving, all misdemeanors. She was released to a third party with tickets to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court. 

• DWI: Jerome F. Crandall-Hollick, 44, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:40 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court.

Shawangunk

• Resisting Arrest: Karl Greer, 51, of Walker Valley, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:35 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, in the town of Shawangunk and charged with resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Shawangunk Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• Drugs: Joshua B. Ames, 30, of Mount Marion, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, in the town of Ulster and charged with criminal possession of marijuana (more than two ounces), a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court.
