According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from Oct 12th.

City of Kingston

• DWI: Michael B. Zurawel, 24, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:16 a.m. Monday, Oct. 12, in the city of Kingston and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

Cairo

• Menacing, Endangering Welfare of Child: Stephen A. Sillner, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:16 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, in the town of Cairo for an incident that morning at 8:30 a.m. He was charged with menacing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance with tickets to appear in Cairo Town Court.

New Paltz

• Drugs, DWAI: Shanakae A. Paul, 35, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:35 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, in the town of New Paltz and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and a felony count of driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol (1 prior in 10 years). He was released with tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

Wawarsing

• DWI: Andrew J. Carchidi, 36, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:17 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, in the town of Wawarsing and charged with drunken driving. Further information was not available.

• Criminal Obstruction Breathing. Criminal Mischief:Harry J. Krom, 38, of Wawarsing, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:28 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, in the town of Wawarsing and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief and obstructing governmental administration, all misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
