Cairo
· DWI:Adrian A. Clarke, 44, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 9:26 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08%, drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Clarke was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Esopus
· DWI:Austin T. Andrew, 27, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 11 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, and charged with the felonies of aggravated unlicensed driving and drunken driving, the misdemeanor of obstruction of governmental administration, the violation of possession of marijuana and multiple traffic infractions. Andrew was stopped on U.S. Route 9W for alleged traffic infractions and was found to be intoxicated, authorities said. He was released with tickets for Esopus Town Court.
Hurley
· Possessionof stolen property: Robert M. Schooley, 63, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, following a traffic stop on Ulster Avenue in the town of Ulster after deputies noticed he was driving a 2001 Dodge Ram with a tail light out, authorities said. Investigation found the truck had been reported stolen from Egremont, Massachusetts, on Sept. 21. Schooley is alleged to have been driving the stolen vehicle with a suspended license and provided a false name to deputies, according to authorities. They added that he is also currently being supervised by the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision because of a previous burglary conviction. Schooley was charged with the felony of possession of stolen property, the misdemeanors of false personation and aggravated unlicensed driving, and the traffic infraction of inadequate tail lamp. He was arraigned in Hurley Town court and sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail. The investigation is continuing and additional charges are expected, authorities said.
Rhinebeck
· Endangering an incompentent person:Joseph O. O’Balla, 37, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 12:50 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, and charged with the felony of endangering an incompetent person. O’Balla was released with a ticket for Rhinebeck Town Court.
Town of Rochester
· DWI:Salvatore Carlino, 57, of Pine Bush, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Carlino was released with a ticket for Rochester Town Court.
Saugerties
· DWI:David G. Hahne, 36, of Woodstock, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:50 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Hahne was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
Town of Ulster
· Aggravated unlicensed driving:Luiza M. Callender, 44, of Stamford, Conn., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:46 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, and charged with felony aggravated unlicensed driving with 10 or more suspensions. Callender was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
Kingston
· DWI:Christopher B. Eberlein, 39, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:29 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, and charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving and the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Eberlein was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Town of Kingston
· Grand larceny:Natalie E. Skipp, 37, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:08 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, and charged with the felony of grand larceny of property valued at more than $1,000 and the misdemeanors of failure to pay for service based on stealth and falsification of business records by altering an entry (three counts). Skipp was released with tickets for Kingston Town Court.
Saugerties
· DWI:Marc J. Krein, 47, of Bonita Springs, Fla., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Krein was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
City of Kingston
• DWI: Chloe Y. Lahey, 28, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:32 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, in the city of Kingston and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Cairo
• DWAI: Kyle J. Andrews, 30, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:43 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, in the town of Cairo and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Cairo Town Court.
Catskill
• Drugs: Quintara B. Ryan, 32, of Rensselaerville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:48 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in the town of Catskill and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs: Tarra L. Valigorsky, 44, of Cohoes, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:47 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in the village of Catskill and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Village Court.
• Drugs: Simon J. Phillips, 42, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:54 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in the village of Catskill and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Village Court.
Coxsackie
• Drugs, Contraband: Quinisha Clark, 23, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in the town of Coxsackie and charged with introducing contraband in prison and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.
• Drugs, Contraband: Mavis J. Carson, 28, of Rochester, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:50 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in the town of Coxsackie and charged with introducing contraband in prison and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: George M. Duran, 23, of Beacon, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, in the town of Lloyd and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
• Drugs: Jacob J. Browe, 20, of Mount Marion, and Justin P. Tierney, 20, of Saugerties, were arrested by state police at Highland at 7:03 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in the town of Lloyd. Both Browe and Tierney were charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug and criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic) with intent to sell, both felonies. Browe was also charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia (package) and one count of criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), all misdemeanors. Tierney was also charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia (package) and one count of criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), all misdemeanors. • DWI: Christopher W. Rawson, 37, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:46 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in the town of Marbletown and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Marbletown Town Court.

• DWI: Oscar Lopez, 34, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:05 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, in the town of Marlborough and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Marlboroough Town Court.

• DWI: Monica Nieto, 38, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:44 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in the town of Rochester and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. • Drugs: Dylan T. Kain, 23, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:05 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in the town of Rochester and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for Rochester Town Court.

•DWI, DWAI: Travis J. Cuvelier, 23, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:51 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in the town of Saugerties and charged with drunken driving, driving while ability impaired by drugs and DWAI combined drugs and alcohol, all misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court.
