Kingston
• DWI: Mateo Chanchavac-Acabal, 40, of Kingston, was charged by state police at 11:23 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Chanchavac-Acabal was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Jamie S. Gibbs, 31, of Glenford, was charged by state police with the misdemeanors of aggravated unlicensed driving, drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Gibbs was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Livingston
• Grand larceny: Sarah A. Westfall, 31, of Stottsville, was charged by state police at 1:58 a.m. Friday, Oct. 2, with grand larceny of property valued at more than $1,000, a felony. Westfall was released with a ticket to appear in Livingston Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: Robert H. Isaacs, 29, of Poughkeepsie, was charged by state police at 2:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 2, with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Isaacs was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• Drugs: Michelle Monarch, 53, of Stone Ridge, was charged by state police at 6:32 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, with the misdemeanor of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Monarch was released with a ticket to appear Ulster Town Court.
Kingston
· DWI:Graham T. Stewart, 37, of Meridan, Conn., was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:13 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Stewart was released with tickets for Kingston City Court
· DWI:Michael R. Varble, 50, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:49 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Varble was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
· Drugs:Robert P. English, 58, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:08 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). English’s status was not immediately available.
Livingston
· Grand larceny:Patrick R. Bennett, 42, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Claverack, at 2:05 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, and charged with felony grand larceny in connection with an alleged larceny on April 27. Bennett’s status was not immediately available.
Wawarsing
· Contempt:Barbara J. Deschamps, 50, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, and charged with two misdemeanor counts of contempt of a court order. Deschamps was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Chatham
• Drugs: Shannon Caston, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 2:14 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 4 in the town of Chatham and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one court of possession of a hypodermic instrument, all misdemeanors. She was released with a ticket to appear in Chatham Town Court.
Gardiner
• DWI: Gerardo Balsa, 23, of Gardiner, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:25 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 4 in the town of Gardiner and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, a felony after a prior charge. He was released with tickets to appear in Gardiner Town Court.
Hyde Park
• Possession of Firearm: Richard A. Way, 45, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 5:11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, in the town of Hyde Park and charged with criminal possession of a weapon (firearm), a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.
Marlborough
• Drugs: Jerome M. Lobban, 39, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:15 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 4 in the town of Marlborough and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogen) and criminal possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogen) with intent to sell, both felonies. He was released with tickets to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.
Rhinebeck
• DWI: Gunnar O. Aimone-Reichelt, 32, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, in the town of Rhinebeck and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court.
Shawangunk
• DWI: Ryan J. Phillips, 19, of Pine Bush, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, in the town of Shawangunk and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors.
