Town of Kingston
· Drugs:James M. Volkes, 36, of Otego, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:02 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, and charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of aggravated unlicensed driving. Volkes was released with tickets for Kingston Town Court.
Greenville
· Criminal mischief:Bonny A. Spence, 39, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, and charged with felony criminal mischief and two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment. Spence’s status was not immediately available.
Rhinebeck
· Possession of a forged instrument:Koceila Ayouni, 24, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, and charged with felony possession of a forged instrument. Ayouni was released with a ticket for Rhinebeck Court.
