Red Hook
•DWI:Justin T. Schaad, 47, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by Red Hook police at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, on East Market Street in the village and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and with refusing to take a breath test and several other traffic infractions. He was released with tickets for Red Hook Village Court.
•DWI:Dana E. Cromley, 23, of Red Hook, was arrested by Red Hook police at 10:05 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, on East Market Street in the village and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of drunken driving. She was released with tickets for Red Hook Village Court.
Saugerties
• DWAI-drugs/DWI:Angelo Daquero, 59, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with felony drunken driving and with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Daquero was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
City of Kingston
• DWI:Ricardo G. Vasquez, 39, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:48 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, and was charged with drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years) and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both felonies. Vasquez was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Athens
•DWI:Jeffrey J. Gardner, 61, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:50 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, in the town of Athens and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with an appearance ticket for Athens Town Court.
Cairo
• DWI:Brian W. Valk, 42, of South Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, in the city of Hudson and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Valk was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Greenport
•DWAI-drugs, drugs:Jason L. Calderon, 30, and Brittany E. Moore, 28, both of Hudson, were arrested by state police at Claverack at 3:08 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, in the town of Greenport. Calderon was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor; Moore was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Both were released with tickets for Greenport Town Court.
•DWI:Robert G. Dobert, 31, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 10:48 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, in the town of Greenport, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Greenport Town Court.

• DWAI-drugs:Jacob D. Doris, 42, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Doris was released with a ticket for Greenville Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI:Ashley M. Perez, 25, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:28 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Perez was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• Stalking:Peter V. Pinkerous, 58, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, and was charged with stalking (threatening injury), a misdemeanor. Pinkerous was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
City of Kingston
• DWI, Aggravated DWI: Ivan Perez-Rosales, 29, of Shandaken, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:22 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, in the city of Kingston and charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and felony aggravated DWI (one prior DWI in 10 years). He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Joy E. Szypula, 36, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:48 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, in the city of Kinston and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.8 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Deborah J.
