Kingston
· DWI:Christine M. Schultz, 49, and John Harris, 57, both of Kingston, were arrested by state police at Ulster at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23. Schultz was charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Harris was charged with contempt of a court order. Both were released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Coxsackie
· Possession of an obscene performance by a child:Wolfgang Lavissiere, 21, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Catskill in the town, and charged with eight felony counts of possessing obscene performance by a child. The arrest was subsequent to a search warrant executed by state police on Thursday, Sept. 24. Lavissiere was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
· Drugs:George E. Suarez, 32, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:41 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, and charged with three misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. Suarez was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
Town of Ulster
· DWI:Jessica C. Nagy, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:48 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Nagy was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
