•Contempt: Jesse A. Brown, age unavailable, of Hudson, was arrested by Catskill police at 4:57 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at the Main Street Building in Catskill and was charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.

•Drugs: Sierra N. Wase, 27, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:11 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, on U.S. Route 9W in the town of Coxsackie and was charged with manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.

•DWI: Jesse A. Patrick, 42, of McComb, Mississippi, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 7:03 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, on McKinstry Road in the town of Gardiner and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Eide, 38, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:26 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, on Berme Road in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with menacing, criminal mischief (preventing an emergency call) and criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
