Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from the weekend! Sept 18th-20th

Friday, Sept 18th :

Lloyd

• DWI:Latoya Alvarez-Thomas, 21, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on River Road by state police at Highland at 8:34 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Alvarez-Thomas was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Red Hook

DWI:Edwin Linares, 38, of Framingham, Mass. was arrested by Red Hook police on West Market Street in the village of Red Hook at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, and was charged with two counts of drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court.

Saugerties

• Drugs:An 18-year-old Saugerties male was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. Further information, including the location of the arrest, was unavailable. State police do not release the names of defendants under the age of 19.

Town of Ulster

• Unlicensed driving:Chris L. Serrano, 62, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:04 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, on Miron Lane and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol), a felony, and with circumventing a court-ordered ignition interlock device, a misdemeanor. Serrano was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

• DWI:Kyle W. Welch, 30, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:12 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, on state Route 32, and was charged with felony drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years) and the misdemeanor of driving with a suspended registration. Further information was unavailable.

Saturday, Sept 19th:

City of Kingston

• DWI:Crystal Wilson, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:41 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, in the city of Kingston, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent (previous conviction within 10 years), both felonies. The location of the arrest was not immediately available. Wilson was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Durham

Contempt, assault:Erotocritos Rallatos, 34, of New York, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 5:18 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, following a domestic dispute in the town of Durham, and was charged with felony criminal contempt and misdemeanor assault. Further information was unavailable.

Greenville

Obstructing:Ralph D. Dellarocco, 58, of Freehold, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:35 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, and was charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors, following a reported domestic dispute. Dellarocco was released with an appearance ticket for Greenville Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI:Donovan L. James, 38, of Schenectady, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. The location of the arrest was not immediately available. James was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Tannersville

DWI:Andrew Garvey, 29, of Poughquag, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:39 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. The location of the arrest was not immediately available. Garvey was released with an appearance ticket for Tannersville Village Court.

Sunday, Sept 20th :

Lloyd

DWI, endangering: James Campbell, 62, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, in the town of Lloyd and was charged with drunken driving and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors, along with aggravated drunken driving with a child, a felony. The location of the arrest was not immediately available. Campbell was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court. 

New Paltz

DWI: Christopher R. Irving, 32, of Farmingdale, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:35 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. The location of the arrest was not immediately available. Irving was released with tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

Saugerties

DWI: Chad D. Fisher, 37, of Round Top, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 12:25 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, on Mike Kraut Road in the town of Saugerties. He was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both felonies, along with failure to keep right and unlawful possession of marijuana, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court.

Shawangunk

Contraband: Lieyeka M. Thomas, 38, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:40 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, in the town of Shawangunk and was charged with introducing contraband into a prison, a misdemeanor. The location of the arrest was not immediately available. She was released with a ticket to appear in Shawangunk Town Court. 

Town of Ulster

DWI: Joshua M. Smith, 35, of Pine Island, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:55 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, in the town of Ulster and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. The location of the arrest was not immediately available. Smith was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
