Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from the weekend Sept 11th-13th

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from this past weekend!

Friday Sept. 11th:

City of Kingston

• Drugs:Micah J. Parker, 28, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, and was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Parker was held without bail as a fugitive from justice at the Ulster County Jail. Further information was unavailable.

• Drugs:Judith E. Bell, 53, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 6:26 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, and was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Bell was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• Weapon:Edward A. Russell Jr., 36, of Durham, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, following what authorities said was an unprovoked altercation. Russell allegedly approached an individual in the town of Catskill on Jefferson Heights, pulled a knife from its sheath and pointed it at that person. While pointing the knife at him, Russell allegedly said he was going to kill the person and his father. Russell also attempted several times to kick the individual while waving the knife at him, police said. Russell then sheathed his knife and walked away from the area. Russell was subsequently contacted by state police and responded to the state police barracks in Catskill. He was charged with possession of a weapon with prior convictions, a felony, and with menacing, a misdemeanor, and was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Hyde Park

• Contempt:Stephen J. Extance, 63, of Brewster, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, and was charged with contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Extance was released with a ticket for Hyde Park Town Court.

Marbletown

• Drugs:Devon A. Day, 22, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:10 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Day was released with a ticket for Marbletown Town Court.

Saturday, Sept. 12th:

City of Kingston

• DWI:Joseph J. McLaren, 26, of Bloomington, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. McLaren was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Cairo

• Aggravated family offense:Mark W. Denton, 22, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:05 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, and was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal mischief (damaging a motor vehicle), both felonies. Denton was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.

Catskill

• Aggravated unlicensed driving/weapon:David W. Quickenton, 30, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:59 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the town and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving with alcohol, a felony, and with drunken driving, possession of a weapon (firearm), resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration, all misdemeanors. Quickenton was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Greenport

DWI:Carmen J. Nero, 62, of Ancram, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 12:40 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the town of Greenport and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Greenport Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• DWI:Meghan F. Ricketts, 40, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:33 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Ricketts was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI:Carlos S. Louis, 48, of Vails Gate, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:07 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Louis was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI:Grzegorz Maczka, 34, of Garfield, N.J., was arrested by state police at Albany on the New York State Thruway at 1:24 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Maczka was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Sunday, Sept. 13th:

City of Kingston

DWI: Christian J. Soto-Rodriguez., 34, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:41 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the city of Kingston and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

DWI: Marquis I. Henry, 22, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:12 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the city of Kingston and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

DWI: Andreas Dambakakis, 39, of Central Islip, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:40 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the city of Kingston and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

Catskill

Drugs: Stivin Mendez, 19, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:50 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the town of Catskill and was charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug and criminal sale of a controlled substance, both felonies. He was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Lloyd

DWI: Andrew Petrovitz, 28, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:40 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, in the town of Lloyd and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

DWI: Marlene M. Passini, 72, of Northborough, Massachusetts, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:53 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

Plattekill

Stolen property: Michael D. Cartagena, 21, of Clintondale, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:17 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the town of Plattekill and was charged with criminal possession of stolen property valued at more than $1,000, a felony. He was released with an appearance ticket for Plattekill Town Court.

Saugerties

DWI: Jason King, 40, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court. 

DWI: Richard S. Ma, 52, of Toms River, New Jersey, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:12 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Saugerties Town Court. 

Town of Ulster

DWI: Nathan E. Rodriguez, 34, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:20 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, in the town of Ulster and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving with a child in the vehicle, a felony. He was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.

Drugs: Jennifer A. Sumber, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the town of Ulster and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court.  

Wawarsing

Failure to exercise control of child: Holly N. Smith, 36, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:50 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, and was charged with failure to exercise control of minor, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.

DWI: Rochelle E. Cohen, 32, of Livingston Manor, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:25 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
