Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report: Sept. 10, 2020
The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
Kingston
DWI/drugs/obstruction: Steven L. Johnson, 50, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:59 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, and then by state police at Ulster at 12:47 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 10. Wednesday night, Johnson was charged with the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08%, drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Thursday morning, he was charged with the misdemeanors of obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and drunken driving. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Hyde Park
DWI: Kasey S. Kilmer, 26, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 1:06 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Kilmer was released with tickets to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.
