Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report: Sept. 9, 2020
The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
Kingston
• DWI: Elizabeth Robinson, 44, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:23 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Robinson was released with a ticket to appear in Kingston City Court.
Lloyd
• DWI/Endangerment: Justine N. Hayes, 37, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:50 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, and charged with two felony counts of aggravated drunken driving with a child and the misdemeanors of acting in a manner injurious to a child (two counts) and drunken driving. Hayes was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Plattekill
• Rape: A 16-year-old Poughkeepsie male was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:53 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, in connection with a complaint received on July 1 and charged with one felony count of rape. He was released with an appearance ticket for Plattekill Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Illegal discharge of a firearm: Jason M. Delmeier, 34, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, and charged with the misdemeanor of illegal discharge of a firearm. Delmeier was released with a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
