Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from September 2nd!

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from September 2nd!

City of Kingston

• Fleeing officer:Kwaheri A. Hylton-Jackson, 23, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, and was charged with fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Hylton-Jackson was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• Obstruction:Michael V. Newman, 34, of Shokan, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, and was charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Newman was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Lloyd

• Endangering:Frank Booth, 28, of Highland, was arrested by town of Lloyd police on Wednesday, Aug. 26, and was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, possession of a controlled substance, menacing and possession of a weapon, all misdemeanors, following a domestic dispute during which he allegedly threatened another person with a knife. Booth was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• DWI:Asher L. Weinman, 23, of New Paltz, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday, Aug. 30, and was charged with aggravated drunken driving, a misdemeanor, after the vehicle she was driving was stopped by police on U.S. Route 9W for alleged traffic violations. Weinman was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• DWI:Maureen L. Moreno, 38, of Marlboro, was arrested by town of Lloyd police on Sunday, Aug. 16, and was charged with drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors, after the vehicle she was driving was stopped for alleged traffic violations on U.S. Route 9W in Highland. Moreno was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Wawarsing

Endangerment:Brett R. Robbins, 29, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, and was charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors. He was released with an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
