City of Kingston
•DWI: Robert U. Lange, 55, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:18 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, in the city of Kingston and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Cairo
•DWI: Brett Watts, 54, of Round Top, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:07 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, in the town of Cairo and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Cairo Town Court.
Hunter
•DWI: Maggie A. Ruiz Diaz, 20, of Maspeth, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:02 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, in the town of Hunter and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Hunter Town Court.
Rhinebeck
•DWI: Andrew J. Ferragine, 44, of Staatsburg, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:54 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, in the town of Rhinebeck and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court.
Town of Ulster
•Bail Jumping: Nicholas A. Delacruz, 30, of Cohoes, was arrested by state police at Ulster 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, in the town of Ulster and charged with bail jumping, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
