City of Kingston
•DWI:Scott T. DiMicco, 45, was arrested Wednesday, Aug. 12, at about 8:45 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. He was arrested on North Manor Avenue in Kingston and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Catskill
• Drugs:Michael G. White, 29, of Acra, was charged Thursday, Aug. 13, with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors, according to state police at Catskill. White was arrested about 4:14 a.m. on state Route 9W in Catskill, police said. Further information was unavailable.
Lloyd
• DWI: Rahmel D. Carr, 31, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested at about 1:45 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Highland. Carr was issued an appearance on U.S. Route 9W in Lloyd, police said.
Town of Kingston
• DWI:Timothy A. Shultis, 24, of Shokan, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 12, with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulstter. Shultis was arrested at about 10:10 p.m. on state Route 28 in the town of Kingston and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
