Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from August 10th!

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from August 10th!

Catskill

• DWI: Jorge R. Fernandez, 53, of Stony Point, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:34 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 9, on state Route 32 on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court. 

Lloyd

• DWI: Louis Morales, 61, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd town police on Saturday, Aug. 8, on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. Police said Morales was arrested after the vehicle he was driving was involved in a crash on South Riverside Road in the hamlet of Highland. He was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court. 

• Hypodermic instrument: Robert J. Greer, 35, of Marlboro, was arrested by Lloyd town police on Saturday, Aug. 8, on misdemeanor charges of aggravated unlicensed driving and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument. Police said Greer was arrested following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W in the hamlet of Highland. He was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court. 

• Hypodermic instrument: Amy R. Webb, 45, of Marlboro, was arrested by Lloyd town police on Saturday, Aug. 8, on a misdemeanor charge of criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument. She was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court. 

Shawangunk

• DWAI: Joel Kabezian, 24, of Pine Bush, N.J., was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:45 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 9, on state Route 52 on a felony charge of aggravated unlicensed driving and a misdemeanor charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs. Police said Kabezian was arrested following a single-vehicle crash. Also arrested was Genaro Godinez, 27, of Pine Bush, N.J. Godinez was arrested by state police at Gardiner on charges of obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation, after he had become belligerent after arriving on the scene of the crash, police said. Both men were released with tickets to appear in Shawangunk Town Court.
