Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from July 30th!

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from July 30th!

Kingston

• Drugs: Christopher Power, 33, of Kingston, was arrested by city police 9:50 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, following a traffic stop on Broadway. He was charged with the felony of criminal possession of a controlled substance and the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving. Powers allegedly was in possession of heroin and cocaine. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court. 

Catskill

• Drugs: Shacquille R. Harte, 23, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:43 a.m. Thursday, July 30, on Route 23B and charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. Harte was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Gardiner

• DWI: Randy M. Brooks, 33, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7:55 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, on Albany Post Road and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Brooks was released with tickets to appear in Gardiner Town Court.

Lloyd

• Drugs: Thomas J. Rodriguez, 23, of Monroe, Dillion M. Brown, 22, of Poughkeepsie, and an 18-year-old female from Wallkill were arrested by state police at Highland at 5:48 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, on Route 44. Each was charged with one misdemeanor county criminal possession of a controlled substance and released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court. State police do not release the names of suspects under the age of 19.

Plattekill

• Injurious manner: Tashan Petteway, 29, of Modena, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:33 a.m. Thursday, July 30, and charged with the misdemeanor of acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17. Petteway was released with a ticket to appear in Plattekill Town Court.

Red Hook

• Drugs: Ethan L. Niekerwicz, 23 of Red Hook, was arrested by Red Hook police on at 10:05 p.m. Sunday, July 26, on South Broadway in the village and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Red Hook Village Court.

Saugerties

• DWAI-alcohol and/or drugs: Heather L. Miller, 30, of 1116 Route 28, Kingston, was arrested by Saugerties police at 1:54 a.m. Thursday, July 30, following a traffic stop and was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol and/or drugs, a misdemeanor. Miller was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court, her driving privileges were revoked, and she was issued an appearance ticket. Police said Miller refused to submit to a chemical test.
