· DWI:Jerred B. Wilson, 27, of Preston Hollow, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:18 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, on state Route 23 and charged with the felonies of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving. Wilson was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Town of Kingston
· Grand larceny:Mikah A. Gayle, 21, of Pleasant Valley, and Kendra N. Bottomley, 19, of Poughkeepsie, were arrested by state police at Ulster at the police barracks, 1791 U.S. Route 209, at 6:23 and 6:53 p.m., respectively, on Tuesday, July 21. Gayle was charged with the felonies of grand larceny of a credit card and possession of stolen property (a stolen credit card, three counts), and the misdemeanors of petit larceny (three counts) and identity theft to obtain goods (three counts). Bottomley was charged with the felonies of grand larceny of a credit card and possession of stolen property (a credit card, two counts), and the misdemeanors of petit larceny (two counts) and identity theft to obtain goods (two counts). Both were released with tickets for Kingston Town Court.

Aggravated family offense:Kendrick Robinson, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:13 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, and charged with the felony of aggravated family offense and the misdemeanors of obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief (three counts). Robinson’s status was unavailable.
