• DWI: Hugo Ixcayau, 43, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:10 a.m. Monday, July 20, at Broadway in Kingston and charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear at Kingston City Court.
Athens
• Possession of Stolen Property: Thomas J. Dillberg, 50, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:40 p.m. Sunday, July 19, on U.S. Route 9W in the town of Athens and charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for Athens Town Court.
Catskill
• Aggravated DWI/Drugs: Lanisha Lawrence, 29, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:24 p.m. Sunday, July 19, on the state Route 23B ramp toward state Route 23 eastbound in the town of Catskill and charged with aggravated DWI with child in vehicle, a felony; operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and acting in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child less than 17, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear at Catskill Town Court.
Lloyd
• Possession of Stolen Property/Drugs: Michael S. Ogden, 50, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:40 p.m. Sunday, July 19, at North Elting Corners Road in the town of Lloyd and was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, plus one count each of criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny, all misdemeanors. He was released with tickets at appear at Lloyd Town Court.
• Possession of Stolen Property/Drugs: Joseph C. Fleishcer, 44, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Gardiner 2:40 p.m. Sunday, July 19, at North Elting Corners Road in the town of Lloyd and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny, all misdemeanors. He was released with tickets at appear at Lloyd Town Court.

• DWI: Brandy L. Blasioli, 29, of Shokan, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:50 p.m. Sunday, July 19, on state Route 28 in the town of Olive and charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Olive Town Court.
