Catskill
• DWI:Cheryl Plante, 57, of Charlton, Mass., was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, on Jefferson Heights and was charged with drunken driving and reckless driving, both misdemeanors. Plante was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs:Brian Palmer, 26, and Kaitlin E. Barnhart, 26, both of Catskill, were arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:07 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., respectively, on Tuesday, July 14, on Highland Avenue in the town. Palmer was charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of a narcotic drug and possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, all felonies; and with use of drug paraphernalia (packaging), use of drug paraphernalia (scales) and aggravated unlicensed driving, all misdemeanors. Barnhart was charged with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. Both were released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Livingston
• Drugs:Matheo Rave-Torres, 23, of Maspeth, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 4:52 pm. Tuesday, July 13, on state Route 82 and was charged with possession of 125 milligrams of a hallucinogen, a felony. Rave-Torres was released with a ticket for Livingston Town Court.
