Per Gov. Andrew Cuomo Twitter posting, there has been an update for schools for the fall.
Schools will reopen if the region is in phase 4 and daily infection rate remains below 5% (14-day avg)
Schools will remain closed if regional infection rate is greater than 9% (7-day avg) after August 1st.
