Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from July 7th!

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from July 7th!

Esopus

· Contempt:Armin A. Schwab-Hill, 33, of the town of Ulster, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 3:20 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, on Black Creek Road and charged with misdemeanor contempt following a dispute in which he allegedly violated an order of protection. Schwab-Hill was released from the Ulster County Jail with an appearance ticket after posting bail.

Lloyd

· DWAI-drugs:Robert J. Greer, 34, of Marlboro, and Amy R. Webb, 45, of Hopewell, were arrested by state police at Highland at 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 6, on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55. Greer was charged with the felonies of aggravated unlicensed driving and driving while ability impaired by drugs, and with the misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance (four counts) and possession of a hypodermic instrument. Webb was charged with the misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance (four counts) and possession of a hypodermic instrument. Both were released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

· DWI:Jose Johns, 26, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:22 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, on Vineyard Avenue and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Johns was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Olive

· Weapon:Scott C. Grassi, 48, of Wawarsing, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:40 p.m. Monday, July 6, on state Route 28A and charged with felony possession of a weapon. Grassi was released with a ticket for Olive Town Court.

Town of Rochester

· Contempt:Adrian J. Derello, 26, of Ellenville, was arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office at about 10 a.m. Monday, July 6 on Granite Road in the town and was charged with misdemeanor contempt following a dispute in which he allegedly violated an order of protection. Derello was released with a ticket for Rochester Town Court.

Town of Ulster

· Drugs:Lisa M. Barros, 39, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:15 p.m. Monday, July 6, on state Route 28 in the town and charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. Barros was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

· DWAI-drugs:Michelle S. Slegona, 45, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:10 p.m. Monday, July 6, on Circle Street and charged with misdemeanor driving while ability impaired by drugs. Slegona was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.

· Obstruction of governmental administration:Joseph L. Bell, 37, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, at the intersection of Berme and Foordmore roads and charged with the misdemeanors of obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed driving. Bell was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
