Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from the 4th of July weekend!

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from this weekend!

Friday, July 3rd

City of Kingston

• Drugs:Alexis G. Lugo, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:45 a.m. Friday, July 3, on Albany Avenue, and was charged with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Coxsackie

• DWI:Jill D. Aspy, 60, of Nyack, was arrested by state police at Albany at 1:09 p.m. Thursday, July 2, on the New York State Thruway, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol), a felony, and with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Aspy was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• Weapons:Joshua Kelderhouse, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:50 am. Friday, July 3, on East Chester Street, and was charged with three misdemeanor counts of possession of a weapon. Kelderhouse was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Coxsackie

• DWI:Jill D. Aspy, 60, of Nyack, was arrested by state police at Albany at 1:09 p.m. Thursday, July 2, on the New York State Thruway southbound at milepost 119, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol), a felony, and with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Aspy was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

Saturday, July 4th

Cairo

DWI: Paul R. Kallmeyer, 57, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:30 p.m. Friday, July 3, on Silver Spur Road in the town of Cairo and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with appearance tickets for Cairo Town Court.

Hyde Park

DWI: Rickie T. Carter, 24, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 3:20 a.m. Saturday, July 4, on U.S. Route 9 in the town of Hyde Park and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with appearance tickets for Hyde Park Town Court.

Rhinebeck

Drugs: Shane E. Beesimer, 28, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at New Lebanon at 11:37 p.m. Friday, July 3, on state Route 199 in the town of Rhinebeck and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for Rhinebeck Town Court.

Saugerties

DWI/Drugs: Jason H. Carroll, 37, of Philadelphia, Pa., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:48 a.m. Friday, July 3, on state Route 32 in in town of Saugerties and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, along with criminal possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogen), a felony. Further information was unavailable.

Town of Ulster

DWI:Justin W. McNaughten, 40, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:18 a.m. Saturday, July 4, on state Route 28 in the town of Ulster and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

DWAI/Criminal Impersonation: Sara B. Marshall, 34, of Wawarsing, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:20 a.m. Saturday, July 4, on U.S. Route 209 and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and criminal impersonation (claiming to be another person), both misdemeanors. She was released with appearance tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.

Windham

DWI: Timothy G. Poelker, 59, of Windham, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:13 p.m. Friday, July 3, on Polker Shaw Drive in the town of Windham and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with appearance tickets for Windham Town Court.

Sunday, July 5th

City of Kingston

Drugs: Ned C. Farrell, 40, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:20 p.m. Saturday, July 4, and was charged with possession of a narcotic drug, a felony, and with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on Wilbur Avenue. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court. 

Catskill

DWI:Alex S. Cumming, 30, of Newark, N.J., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, July 5, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, after being stopped on state Route 23 in the village of Catskill. He was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.

Esopus

• Menacing, mischief, weapons: Gwen A. Whittaker, 28, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Highland at 370 Union Center Road at 7:35 a.m. Saturday, July 4, and was charged with menacing, criminal mischief and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, all misdemeanors. She was issued tickets to appear in Esopus Town Court. 

Greenport

DWI:Rafal Kirpsza, 41, of Stamford, Conn., was arrested by state police at Claverack at 1:42 a.m. Saturday, July 4, on Buckley's Corners Road and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Greenport Town Court.

DWI:Susan Valdez, 37, of Yonkers, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 7:55 p.m. Saturday, July 4, on state Route 66 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets for Greenport Town Court.

Greenville

DWAI-drugs:Kayla M. Murphy, 20, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:18 p.m. Saturday, July 4, on state Route 81 and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. She was released with a court appearance ticket.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Christopher R. Miller, 34, of Tillson, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:15 p.m. Saturday, July 4, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on state Route 199/Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge. He was issued tickets for Ulster Town Court.

• DWI: Diane Keil, 66, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:24 p.m. Saturday, July 4, and was charged with driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 209. She was released to a third party pending an appearance in Ulster Town Court. 

• DWI: Stewart Meyers, 58, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:37 p.m. Saturday, July 4, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent following a traffic stop on state Route 199. He was issued tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
