· Aggravated harassment:James D. Stapchuk, 35, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:30 p.m. Monday, June 22, on Mountain Avenue and charged with misdemeanor aggravated harassment (race/religion). Stapchuk was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Livingston
· Falsifying business records:Kenneth J. McCarthy, 60, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Hudson at 11:35 p.m. Monday, June 22, at the state police barracks, 3353 U.S. Route 9, and charged with falsifying business records, a felony. McCarthy was released with a ticket for Livingston Town Court.

· Grand larceny:Benedetto Lombardi, 50, of Gardiner, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:30 a.m. Monday, June 22, at the state police barracks, 212 state Route 299, and charged with the felony of grand larceny and misdemeanor mischief (damage to property). Lombardi was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Wawarsing
· Drugs:Eddie Pacheco, 32, of Wawarsing, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:15 p.m. Monday, June 22, on Foordmore Road and charged with the misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, use of drug paraphernalia and aggravated unlicensed driving (two counts). Pacheco was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
