Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from the Weekend, June 5th-June 7th!

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from the weekend:

Friday, June 5th:

Cairo

• Drugs:Hristos A. Papagiannopoulos, 42, of Jamaica, Queens, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:34 a.m. Friday, June 5, on state Route 23 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Papagiannopoulos was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.

Catskill

• DWI:Matthew J. Connors, 37, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Albany at 5:57 p.m. Thursday, June 5, on the New York State Thruway in the town of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent (previous conviction within 10 years), both felonies. Connors was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Coxsackie

• Drugs:Lawrence J. Bertolette, 45, of Windham, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:50 p.m. Thursday, June 5, on U.S. Route 9W in the town and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Also arrested was Kimberley G. Loucks, 37, of West Coxsackie, who was charged with manufacturing drug paraphernalia and with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors. Both were released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

Lloyd

• Aggravated unlicensed driving:Abraham Johnson, 43, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, June 4, and was charged with felony unlicensed driving. Johnson was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

• Aggravated unlicensed driving/DWI:Craig K. Brown, 38, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:05 a.m. Friday, June 5, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed driving and misdemeanor drunken driving. Brown was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• Weapon:Harold W. Houghtaling, 50, of Ruby, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:25 p.m. Thursday, June 4, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with felony possession of a weapon (previous conviction). Houghtaling was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court. Further information was unavailable.

Wawarsing

• Tampering/making terroristic threat:Guy A. Marl, 55, of Auburn, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:12 a.m. Thursday, June 4, on Mount Meenagha Road and was charged with tampering with evidence, making a terroristic threat and criminal mischief, all felonies. Further information was unavailable.

Saturday, June 6th:

City of Kingston

• Contempt:Amir U. Davis, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:45 p.m. Friday, June 5, at the Burger King restaurant at 322 Broadway and was charged with contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Davis was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• DWI:Robert P. Trincellito, 29, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:18 a.m. Saturday, June 6, on Cairo Junction Road in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Trincellito was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Lloyd

• Aggravated family offense/contempt:Edward D. O’Brien, 26, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:20 p.m. Friday, June 5, and was charged with aggravated family offense, a felony, and with contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. O’Brien was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail pending a town court appearance.

Sunday, June 7th:

City of Kingston

DWI: Vincent J. Carpino, 63, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:45 p.m. Saturday, June 6, on Albany Avenue and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

DWI: Juliana E. Nash, 56, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:27 p.m. Saturday, June 6, on Emerson Street and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. She was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

DWI: Richard S. Dunning, 51, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:32 p.m. Saturday, June 6 on state Route 23A in the town of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Drugs/aggravated DWI with child: Mark A. Romine, 28, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12 a.m. Sunday, June 7, on state Route 23 in the town of Catskill. He was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one court each of criminal used of drug paraphernalia, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, all misdemeanors. He was also charged with aggravated DWI with a child (Leandra's Law), a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

DWI: Conor D. McGivney, 35, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:18 a.m. Sunday, June 7, on state Route 385 in the village of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Esopus

DWI: Rebekah H. Mann, 29, of Esopus, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:28 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at Smith and Salem streets in the town of Esopus and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with an appearance ticket for Esopus Town Court.

Saugerties

Criminal Mischief/Harassment: Ryan J. Gambino, 24, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties Police in the village Saturday, June 6, and was charged with criminal mischief and harrassment, both misdemeanors. Authorities responded to a domestic dispute where Gambino is alleged to have broken several items in the home. Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene. Gambino was arraigned virtually in Saugerties Town Court and released upon the court issuing a full stay-away order of protection on behalf of the victim, pending a further appearance in Saugerties Village Court. 

Schodack

DWI:Denise Goggs, 58, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at New Lebanon at 11:50 p.m. Saturday, June 6, on U.S. Route 9 in the Rensselaer County town of Schodack and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with an appearance ticket for Schodack Town Court. 

Wawarsing

Impersonation/weapon:Samuel Morales, 49, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:10 p.m. Saturday, June 6, on U.S. Route 209 in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with criminal impersonation of a public servant and criminal possession of a weapon, both misdemeanors. He was released with an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Justice Court.
