Mid-Hudson Valley Arrest from June 4th!

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from June 4th!

City of Kingston

• Weapon:Jacob Z. Jackson, 21, of Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police at 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 29, on a state Supreme Court bench warrant for felony possession of a weapon. He was arrested at U.S. Route 9W and Murry Street in a coordinated effort between Kingston police, the Town of Ulster Police Emergency Services Unit, the Kingston Police Special Investigations Unit and patrol division. The arrest stemmed from two past arrests for felony weapons possession, one by Kingston police on Dec. 26, 2019, and another by state police on May 7. During Jackson’s most recent arrest, he was allegedly found in possession of another loaded handgun; police said charges are pending. Jackson was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail pending a court appearance.

DWI:Joseph T. Morrisley, 49, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:56 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, on East Chester Street and was charged withdrunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Morrisley was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

• DWI:Mark A. Brown, 52, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:03 a.m. Thursday, June 3, on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Brown was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• DWAI-drugs:Cameron E. Davis, 20, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:47 a.m. Wednesday, June 3, at West Bridge and Market streets and was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony, and with possession of a controlled substance (two counts), aggravated unlicensed driving, drunken driving and driving while ability impaired by drugs, all misdemeanors.
