· DWI/DWAI-drugs/endangering:Owen L. Jones, 25, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with felony aggravated drunken driving with a child and the misdemeanors of driving while ability impaired by drugs, possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. Saugerties
· Obstruction of breathing:Lucas S. Maddison, 36, of Timberwall Road, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 11:23 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, and charged with the misdemeanor of obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and with harassment, a violation. He is alleged to have choked the victim and then dragged another individual outside the residence by the hair. Maddison was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court and a stay-away order of protection was issued.
DWAI-drugs:Tobias A. Buchanan, 19, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:57 a.m. Wednesday, June 3, on West Bridge Street in the village and charged with misdemeanor driving while ability impaired by drugs. Buchanan was released with a ticket for Saugerties Village Court.
Town of Ulster
· Drugs:Theodore Y. Shaw, 26, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, on U.S. Route 209 in the town and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Shaw was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
Wawarsing
· Endangering:Maddie M. Montgomery, 36, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:17 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, on Berme Road and charged with the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child. Montgomery was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
