•Criminal Mischief: Anthony R. Alford, 28, of Palenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:58 p.m. Monday, June 1, at 3335 state Route 23A in Catskill and charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.
