According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from the weekend!

Friday, May 29th

Catskill

• DWI:Jose C. Chavaloc Ajpacaja, 37, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Albany at 9:44 a.m. Thursday, May 28, at the Catskill toll plaza of the New York State Thruway and was charged with driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Coxsackie

Drugs:Eric J. Rosco-Bueso, 45, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 28, at the intersection of U.S. Route 9W and state Route 81 and was charged with the possession of a controlled substance and unlicensed driving, both misdemeanors. Rosco-Bueso was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

Saturday, May 30th

Catskill

• DWI: John L. Lewis, 61, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:45 p.m. Saturday, May 30, on state Route 32A at Malden Avenue and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court. 

Ellenville

• False personation: Naja N. Mandiville, 28, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:28 p.m. Saturday, May 30, on South Main Street and was charged with false personation and aggravated unlicensed driving, both misdemeanors. A short time later, she was additionally charged at the state police barracks on U.S. Route 209 with false personation and obstructing governmental administration, both misdemeanors. Mandiville was released with tickets to appear in Ellenville Village Court. 

Sunday, May 31st

Catskill

• Contempt:Robert M. Owen, 20, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:34 a.m. Saturday, May 30, on S. Jefferson Heights in the town and was charged with contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Owen was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

• Drugs:Cory D. Duckworth, 31, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:40 p.m. Friday, May 29, on state Route 32 in the town and was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Duckworth was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

• DWI:Jose O. Argueta, 40, of Long Branch, N.J., was arrested by state police at Albany at 9:49 p.m. Friday, May 29, on the New York State Thruway in the town and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Argueta was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Hyde Park

• DWI:Liam G. Lent, 23, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:55 p.m. Friday, May 29, on U.S. Route 9 and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Lent was released with tickets for Hyde Park Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI:Darnel J. Porch, 25, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 at 10:04 p.m. Friday, May 29, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Porch was released with a court appearance ticket.

New Baltimore

• DWI:Kyle Harris, 37, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11 p.m. Friday, May 29, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol), driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving (two previous convictions within 10 years), all felonies, and with driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device, a misdemeanor. Further information was unavailable.

Town of Rochester

• Endangering:Eric Decker, 40, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:30 p.m. Friday, May 29, on Samsonville Road in the town and was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Decker was released with a ticket for Rochester Town Court.

Saugerties

• Burglary: Jenna M. Litts, 35, of Kingston, was arrested by Saugerties police on Friday, May 29, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred on Jan. 1 at the Wenton Motel, 3127 U.S. Route 9W, Saugerties. Litts was charged with burglary, a felony. Police said she is accused of stealing medications, jewelry, a credit card and $300 from a room at the motel. Litts was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Drugs:Jonathan Guerrero, 33, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:45 p.m. Friday, May 29, at the state police barracks at 7500 U. S. Route 209 and was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Guerrero was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
