Mid-Hudson Arrest from the Weekend!

According to the Daily Freeman, here are arrest that happened this weekend!

Friday, May 8th

Athens

• DWI:Candace M. Larsen, 33, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:10 p.m. Thursday, May 7, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with the felonies of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Larsen was released with tickets to appear in Athens Town Court.

Coxsackie

• Stolen property:A 16-year-old Coxsackie male was arrested at 9 a.m. Thursday, May 7, at 457 Plank Road in the town and charged with two felony counts of possession of stolen property valued at more than $1,000. He was released with tickets to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.

• Drugs/tampering:Paul C. Kozlowski, 30, of Elizaville, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:53 a.m. Friday, May 8, on Mansion Street in the town and charged with the felony of tampering with physical evidence by concealing or destroying it, and with the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance (four counts), criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging material) and criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales). Kozlowski was released with tickets to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.

Town of Rochester

• Loaded firearm:Jacob Z. Jackson, 21, of Rosendale, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:45 p.m. Thursday, May 7, at the intersection of U.S. Route 209 and Pine Ridge Lane in the town and charged with felony criminal possession of a loaded firearm. Jackson was released from the Ulster County Jail on Friday after posting either $1,500 bail or a $10,000 bond.

• Grand larceny:Kim Bundy, 45, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:45 a.m. Thursday, May 7, at state police barracks, 1791 U.S. Route 209, and charged with the felony of grand larceny of property valued at more than $1,000. Bundy was released with a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court.

Saugerties

• Assault: Bowie D. Hall, 27, of 185 Potter Hill Road Lake Katrine, was arrested by Saugerties police on Tuesday, May 5, following an incident at the Howard Johnson Motel, 2764 state Route 32 in the town and charged with misdemeanor attempted assault. The arrest followed a fight during which he allegedly punched a victim in the nose with a closed fist, fracturing the nose. Hall was released with an appearance ticket for Saugerties Town Court and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.

Wawarsing

• Assault/mischief:Richard Ronda, 41, and Julie Ronda, 36, both of Accord, were arrested by state police at Wawarsing about 9:45 p.m. Thursday, May 7, and charged with the misdemeanors of assault, criminal mischief and petit larceny. Their arrests followed an investigation of their alleged entrance into a home where they became involved in a verbal confrontation with the homeowner over a previous incident. The argument allegedly turned physical, with the victim being struck several times in the face and head by both defendants. The victim’s cell phone was allegedly taken so that a call to 911 could not be made, but a call was made from a neighbor’s phone. Troopers contacted Kerhonkson Rescue, and first aid was given to the victim. The Rondas were arrested at their residence without incident and arraigned via Skype. They were released with tickets to appear in Rochester Town Court.

Saturday, May 9th

Livingston

• Endangering:Patrick M. Lupoli, 25, of Elizaville, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Friday, May 9, and charged with the misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief. Lupoli was released with tickets for Livingston Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI:Ryan D. O’Toole, 31, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:10 a.m. Saturday, May 9, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. O’Toole was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Sunday, May 10th

City of Kingston

• DWI:Oscar S. Moss, 60, of Saugerties, was charged Saturday, May 9, at about 11:18 p.m. with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, according to state police at Ulster. He was arrested on Flatbush Avenue in Kingston and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

• DWI:Albert B. May, 34, of Ellenville, was charged at about 3:29 a.m. Sunday, May 10, with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, felonies, according to state police at Ulster. He was arrested on West O'Reilly Street in Kingston and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Town of Ulster

• DWI:Shawn Boice, 47, of Lake Katrine, was arrested at about 2 a.m. Sunday, May 10, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. He was arrested on Old Kings Highway in the town of Ulster and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Town of Rochester

• Drugs:Krystal L. Lopez, 29, of Hurleyville, was arrested at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday, May 10, and charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Highland. Lopez was arrested on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 in the town of Rochester and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

• Drugs:Darrell A. Adams, 31, of Woodbourne, was charged at about 2:20 a.m. Sunday, May 10, with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, according to state police at Highland. Adams was arrested on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 in the town of Rochester and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Accord

• Drugs:Christoper L. Ronda, 39, of Accord, was arrested at about 1:45 p.m. Friday, May 8, and charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and unlawfully growing cannabis, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Highland.

Catskill

• DWI:Oliver D. Attie, 21, of Red Hook, was arrested at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday, May 10, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. He was arrested on state Route 23A in Catskill and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

• Burglary: Danemarley K. Wright, 27, of Jamaica, N.Y., was charged at about 2:39 p.m. Saturday, May 9, with burglary, a felony, according to state police at Catskill. He was issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Greenville

• Drugs: Sara M. Leppig, 36, of Athens, was charged Saturday, May 9, with criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, misdemeanors, according to state police at Coxsackie. She was arrested at about 8:57 p.m. on state Route 81 in Greenville and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Marlborough

• Drugs:Erik S. Steadman, 19, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested at about 10:10 p.m. Saturday, May 9, and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Highland. Steadman was arrested on U.S. Route 9W in Marlborough and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

New Baltimore

• Drugs:Michael C. Harrington, 24, of Coxsackie, was charged Saturday, May 9, with manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanors, according to state police at Coxsackie. Harrington was arrested on High Rock Road in New Baltimore and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Saugerties

• Drugs:Ryan P. Gustin, 21, of Ulster Park, was arrested at about 7:20 p.m. Saturday, May 9, and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. He was issued an appearance ticket on U.S. Route 9W in Saugerties, police said.

• Drugs:Victoria Vanetten, 23, of Palenville, was arrested about 8:25 p.m. Saturday, May 9, on Main Street in Saugerties and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle, misdemeanors, according to state police at Coxsackie. She was issued an appearance ticket, police said.

•DWI:Joseph J. Tenorio, 25, of Saugerties, was arrested at about 1:51 a.m. Sunday, May 10, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Coxsackie. He was arrested on U.S. Route 9W in Saugerties and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
