·John Ford, 49, of Austerlitz NY, was arrested at 5:45pm April 28 and charged with Aggravated DWI (Class U Misdemeanor), fail to use designated lane and unsafe tires (Both Traffic Infractions) by K9 Deputy Jason Garvey and Deputy Joseph Favorito.Ford was stopped on State Route 9 in the town of Stockport for traffic infractions.A breathalyzer test revealed a .24% BAC.He was issued tickets returnable to Stockport Town Court on June 22.
·Shannon Reagan, 60, of Kinderhook NY, was arrested at 5:03pm April 27 and charged with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree (Class A Misdemeanor) by K9 Deputy Jason Garvey and Deputy Joseph Favorito.Reagan is accused of entering an apartment in the town of Kinderhook without permission from the individual residing there.He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Kinderhook Town Court on June 16.
