·Jedadiah Robles, 40, of Stuyvesant NY, was arrested at 7:57pm April 15 and charged with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor) by Deputy John Sullivan.Robles allegedly stole merchandise from the Kinderhook Hannaford.He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Kinderhook Town Court on May 5.
·Ronald Boyles Jr., 35, of Copake NY, was arrested at 3:30pm April 14 and charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree (Class A Misdemeanor) by Deputy Thomas Merante.Boyles is accused of violating an order of protection.He was arraigned by Columbia County Court and he will appear in Kinderhook Town Court at a later date.
·Austin Dandridge, 25, of Greenport NY, was arrested at 1:30am April 25 and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Criminal Diversion of a Prescription Medication in the Fourth Degree (Both Class A Misdemeanors) by Deputies Peter Merante and Joseph Bruno.Dandridge was stopped operating a motor vehicle on State Route 66 in the town of Greenport for an equipment violation.He was in possession of a quantity of liquid methadone, which was not prescribed to him.He was issued appearance tickets returnable to Greenport Town Court on May 15.
