Mid-Hudson Arrest 4/17-4/19

According to Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from over the weekend.

Friday, April 17th :

Catskill

DWI:Daniel J. Green, 24, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:43 p.m. Thursday, April 16, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent following a traffic stop on Main Street. He was released to a third party pending an appearance in Catskill Town Court.

Rhinebeck

Identity theft, scheme to defraud:Jonte T. Whitaker, 23, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 3:20 p.m. Thursday, April 16, at the state police barracks on U.S. Route 9 in Rhinebeck and was charged with identity theft, a felony, and with scheme to defraud and unlawful possession of personal identification, both misdemeanors. He was issued appearance tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court. Further information was unavailable.

Saturday, April 18th :

Town of Ulster

•DWI:Dawn E. McNally, 40, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster Friday, April 17, at 11:05 p.m. on Potter Hill Road and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. McNally was issued a court appearance ticket.

Catskill

•Drugs:Jason A. Nichols, 36, of Nassau, N.Y., was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:39 p.m. Friday, April 17, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony; and with criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. Nichols was issued a court appearance ticket.

Coxsackie

• Obstructing:Shiann Zarcone, 19, of Ravena, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on Saturday, April 18, at 6:15 a.m., and was charged with obstructing governmental administration and assault, both misdemeanors. She was issued a court appearance ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Sunday, April 19th:

Cairo

•Weapon:Denise K. Lawlor, 52, of Acra, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:15 p.m. Saturday, April 18, at 418 Sunside Road, Cairo, and was charged with assault by recklessly causing physical injury, menacing (stalking), and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, all misdemeanors. She was released pending a court appearance.

Drugs:Brian J. Juman, 21, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on Saturday, April 18, at 8:24 p.m. on state Route 23 in Cairo and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a felony, and with criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. Juman was released pending a court appearance.

Catskills

•DWI: A 17-year-old Palenville boy, who was not identified, was arrested by state police at Catskill on Saturday, April 18, at 10:24 p.m. on Pennsylvania Avenue and was charged with driving while intoxicated, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. The teen was issued a court appearance ticket.

Hurley

•DWI:Frances M. Barlow, 30, of Woodstock, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:22 p.m. Saturday, April 18, on Lucas Avenue Extension in Hurley and was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, and aggravated drunken driving, all misdemeanors. Barlow was issued a court appearance ticket, police said.

Wawarsing

• DWI:Lindsey Henderson, 30, of Roselle, N.J., was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6 a.m. Saturday, April 18, on Oak Ridge Road and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released to a third party pending a court appearance.
