•False Personation: Darryl Cintron, 31, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:55 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, and was charged with false personation, a misdemeanor. Cintron was held pending arraignment.
Rosendale
•Criminal mischief: Thomas L. Winne, 36, of Cottekill, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, and was charged with criminal mischief, a felony, following a domestic dispute. Winne was released with an appearance ticket for Rosendale Town Court.
Town of Ulster
•Contempt: Daron J. Snyder, 43, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Ulster at noon Tuesday, April 14, at the state police barracks at 1791 U.S. Route 209 and was charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Snyder was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
•DWI: Deolall Narain, 35, of Brooklyn, was arrested by Thruway state police at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday, April 15, on the New York state Thruway and was charged with driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Narain was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
