Catskill
• DWI: Victoria L. Serrano, 21, of Catskill was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:35 a.m. Friday, April 10, on state Route 23A and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. She was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs: Micaela C. McClinton, 27, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:45 p.m. Thursday, April 9, on state Route 23 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Town of Rochester
• Contempt: Adrian J. Derello, 26, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at about 8:05 p.m. Thursday, April 9, in the town of Rochester and was charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Further information was unavailable.
Cairo
•Drugs:Anthony A. Ramos, 21, of the Bronx, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:36 p.m. Friday, April 10, on state Route 145 and was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Cairo Town Court.
Clermont
•Drugs:Jeff E. Lasher, 19, and Brandon M. Schnapp, 20, both of Rhinebeck, were arrested by state police at Claverack on state Route 9G at 10:02 p.m. Friday, April 10. Lasher was charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a felony, and Schnapp was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), also a felony. Both were released with tickets to appear in Clermont Town Court.
Livingston
•Grand larceny:Jennifer M. Stagias, 39, and James J. Stagias, 32, both of Elizaville, were arrested by state police at Claverack at 2:25 p.m. Friday, April 10, on Pine Road. Each were charged with grand larceny (property value exceeding $50,000) and criminal possession of stolen property, both felonies. They were released with tickets to appear in Livingston Town Court.
Catskill
•DWI:Ryan A. Bruckman, 26, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:58 a.m. Sunday, April 12, on state Route 32 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Coxsackie
• Aggravated driving without a license: Joshua V. Brooks, 27, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:11 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at Spencer Boulevard and state Route 385 and was charged with aggravated driving without a license, a felony, and with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.
