According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest for the local area on April 8th.
• DWI: Danny Pena, 27, of Mount Vernon, was arrested by Red Hook Police at 9:10 p.m. Saturday, April 4, on North Broadway in the village of Red Hook, and was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and with consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, an infraction. Police said they stopped Pena after receiving a 911 call reporting an erratic vehicle and found him to be intoxicated. Pena was released with tickets for Red Hook Village Court.
• Endangerment: Sean M. Peck, 29, of Glasco Turnpike, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties Police on Wednesday, April 8, and was charged with reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation, in connection with a domestic dispute on Tuesday. Police said Peck threatened to cause physical harm to the victim during an argument and threw a drinking glass at him, nearly striking him in the head. Authorities said Peck later turned himself in at Saugerties Police headquarters. Peck was arraigned in Ulster County Court and was released pending a further court appearance. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
