From Columbia County Sheriff's Office:

· Adam Duncan, 29, of Ancramdale NY, was arrested at 9:23pm February 19 and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing (Class A Misdemeanor) by Deputy Brian McSween. Duncan is accused of choking a female victim. He was arraigned in Ancram Town Court and was ROR with a return date of February 26.

· Shawn Mazelie, 39, of Hudson NY, was arrested at 2:20am February 23 and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, Possession of Hypodermic Instrument (Both Class A Misdemeanors), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree (Class U Misdemeanor), Unlawful Possession of Marijuana (Violation), and failed to stop at a stop sign (Traffic Infraction) by Deputies Zachary Torchia and Philipp Gomm. Mazelie was stopped for traffic infraction at intersection of State Route 66 and County Route 9 in Ghent. He was found in possession of a quantity of cocaine and marijuana. Additionally, he was driving with a suspended license. He was issued tickets returnable to Ghent Town Court on March 9.

· Ramirez Bautista, 28, of Stuyvesant NY, was arrested at 6:51pm February 22 and charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree (Class A Misdemeanor) by Deputy Jordan Brahm. Bautista allegedly violated an order of protection and had contact with a victim. He was arraigned in Stuyvesant Town Court and was ROR. He will appear back in court on March 4.

· Manie Bynoe, 27, of Brooklyn NY, was arrested at 8:42pm February 22 and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (Class A Misdemeanor) by Deputy Thomas Merante. The Deputy was investigating a suspicious vehicle complaint on Sunset Avenue in the Village of Kinderhook. Bynoe was interviewed and found in possession of a quantity of concentrated cannabis. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Kinderhook Village Court on March 2.
