AN AUSTERLITZ MAN IS IN THE COLUMBIA

COUNTY JAIL, CHARGED WITH PROMOTING A

SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A CHILD. 63 YEAR

OLD JOSEPH MEDINA WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY

BY STATE POLICE AT HIS RESIDENCE ON

ROUTE 22. THEY SAY HE UPLOADED CHILD

PORNOGRAPHY TO HIS COMPUTER. HE'S

BEING HELD WITHOUT BAIL.

A BURGLARY INVESTIGATION FROM AUGUST

IN CAIRO HAS LEAD TO THE ARREST OF A

TOWN MAN ON FELONY CHARGES. 20 YEAR

OLD JESSE PRAPOLSKY-SAUER WAS CHARGED

WITH CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF STOLEN

PROPERTY, A FIREARM. HE WAS HELD ON

CASH BAIL.

A NEW BALTIMORE WOMAN IS UNDER ARREST

FOLLOWING A LARCENY INVESTIGATION IN

TOWN. 51 YEAR OLD TRACY MEVOLI WAS

CHARGED BY STATE POLICE WITH CRIMINAL

POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY, A CREDIT

CARD, IDENTITY THEFT, AND UNLAWFUL

POSSESSION OF PERSONAL ID.

A DOMESTIC INCIDENT IN THE TOWN OF CAIRO

ENDED WITH CHARGES FOR A ROUND TOP MAN.

21 YEAR OLD LAMECH PERIEIRA WAS CHARGED

WITH CRIMINAL MISCHIEF BY POLICE AND

GIVEN APPEARANCE TICKETS FOR COURT.

PALENVILLE FIREFIGHTERS WERE CALLED TO
