AN ATHENS MAN IS IN THE GREENE COUNTY

JAIL ON 124 COUNTS OF POSSESSING CHILD

PORNOGRAPHY. FOLLOWING AN INVESTIGATION

THAT LASTED NINE MONTHS, 45 YEAR OLD

JOSE RODRIGUEZ WAS CHARGED WITH POSSESSING

A SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A CHILD AND

POSSESSING AN OBSCENE SEXUAL PERFORMANCE

BY A CHILD BY STATE POLICE.

TWO SCHENECTADY RESIDENTS WERE TAKEN

TO THE GREENE COUNTY JAIL ON DRUG CHARGES,

AFTER A TRAFFIC STOP ON THE THRUWAY IN

ATHENS. 31 YEAR OLD JORGE CEDENO AND

61 YEAR OLD LUIZ MARCANO WERE CHARGED

WITH FIVE COUNTS OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION

OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, WITH INTENT

TO SELL.

A 47 YEAR OLD WOMAN WAS TAKEN TO

ALBANY MED FRIDAY AFTERNOON, AFTER A

DIRT BIKE ACCIDENT IN GHENT. THE WOMAN

WAS REPORTED TO BE UNCONSCIOUS AFTER

THE ACCIDENT ON ARCH BRIDGE ROAD
