CALEB DIER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT

COLUMBIA MEMORIAL. THREE OTHER

PEOPLE, INCLUDING THE BOY'S MOTHER

ARE BEING TREATED AT ALBANY MED.

SCARY MOMENTS THURSDAY AFTERNOON,

WHEN A VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE JEWETT

POST OFFICE. FIRE AND RESCUE CREWS

RESPONDED TO THE ACCIDENT ON ROUTE 23C

JUST BEFORE 2:30. THE MALE DRIVER

WAS CONSCIOUS AND BREATHING. NO WORD

ON THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE TO THE

BUILDING.

OTHER ACCIDENTS YESTERDAY, WERE ON

ROUTE 23 IN LEEDS AND ON NORTH

5TH STREET IN HUDSON.

A CRARYVILLE WOMAN IS FACING

CHARGES OF WITNESS TAMPERING. 24 YEAR

OLD DAKOTA SANDAGATO WAS CHARGED BY

STATE POLICE WITH TAMPERING WITH A

WITNESS. THE INVESTIGATION INTO THE

INCIDENT BEGAN IN JULY. SHE IS

SCHEDULED TO APPEAR IN HILLSDALE

TOWN COURT.

A LARCENY INVESTIGATION FROM MARCH

IN ATHENS, HAS LEAD TO THE ARREST

OF A VERMONT MAN. 52 YEAR OLD

VINCENT TUCCERI WAS CHARGED WITH

FELONY GRAND LARCENY, AND HELD,

PENDING A COURT APPEARANCE.

A STOVE FIRE BROUGHT TANNERSVILLE

FIREFIGHTERS TO 93 DALE LANE IN

ELKA PARK YESTERDAY. THE CALL CAME
