FIRE BROKE OUT TUESDAY NIGHT AT A HUDSON

CHURCH SEVERAL COMPANIES RESPONDED TO THE

HOLY TEMPLE, FIRST CHURCH OF GOD IN

CHRIST ON NORTH 6TH STREET, AFTER SMOKE

WAS SEEN COMING FROM THE ATTIC AREA.

THE FIRE WAS KNOCKED DOWN QUICKLY, THE

CAUSE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

BAIL WAS SET AT 1000 DOLLARS, FOR A HUDSON

MAN CHARGED WITH FELONY ASSAULT FROM A

FIGHT MONDAY NIGHT AT 2ND AND COLUMBIA

STREETS. 35 YEAR OLD LANCE FONGEMIE WAS

ARRESTED BY CITY POLICE TUESDAY AFTERNOON,

WHEN HE WAS FOUND NEAR RAILROAD TRACKS

OFF GREEN STREET. HUDSON POLICE HAVE NOT

DECIDED WHETHER TO FILE HATE CRIME CHARGES.

THE VICTIM, WHO WAS RUSHED TO ALBANY MED,

IS GAY.

A DURHAM MAN WAS ARRESTED MONDAY MORNING,

AFTER STATE POLICE WERE CALLED TO AN

AREA OF LAKE VIEW DRIVE, FOR REPORTS OF

A MAN FIRING A GUN. 56 YEAR OLD FREDERICK

ZINDELL WAS CHARGED WITH MENACING, RECKLESS

ENDANGERMENT, AND CHILD ENDANGERMENT. HE'LL

ANSWER THE CHARGES IN COURT.

A DOMESTIC INCIDENT IN CHATHAM HAS TWO

VILLAGE RESIDENTS FACING CHARGES.

28 YEAR OLD JERMAINE WILLIAMS WAS CHARGED

WITH CRIMINAL CONTEMPT AND 40 YEAR OLD

KASSIA SCHMERHORN WAS CHARGED WITH

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF.

A 27 YEAR OLD WOMAN WAS INJURED TUESDAY

MORNING, IN A TWO CAR ACCIDENT IN NEW

LEBANON. FIRE AND RESCUE CREWS WERE

CALLED TO ROUTE 22, SOUTH OF THE

RENSSELAER COUNTY LINE, JUST BEFORE 10.

AREA FIRST RESPONDERS WILL BE ON

THE HUDSON RIVER THIS MORNING, TRAINING

FOR EMERGENCIES. THE HUDSON FIRE

DEPARTMENT IS HOSTING THE U.S. COAST

GUARD SEARCH AND RESCUE TRAINING.

THE BASE FOR THE OPERATIONS WILL BE

RIVERFRONT PARK.
